On this fighting-back thing, out-numbered, and NZ not having our 2A right Constitutional right, you have to pick your fights. Oh, did I mention the law was on the PD side in NZ? We all understand that it's a very bad feeling thinking we could be armed, and let's face it, if it actually happened here to someone over the same threat allegations, and not a nationwide sweep, I think maybe 1% would have the cojones to end their life right on the spot, because whether it's 5 sec, 5 min, 5 hours, 5 days the defendant dosen't win that gun fight. And why start it when there's a very good chance you can get them returned through the courts. As someone mentioned, what's the flip side to this story? We've only heard the one side in the video... perhaps there was something said that triggered the libtard government in NZ, and not necessarily the defendant's fault, so the court, for now, sounds like the best action to resolve the defendant's return of property, although I feel his anger; a bad outcome is forever!
