TRACT with EB is the Awsome

How do these compare to the Revic Acura BR10?
I'm planning to make a "buy once, cry once" purchase.
I've been impressed by everything I touch from Tract but those Revics get a lot of press and accolades on performance of the software and glass.
Both are good rangefinder's but the glass in the TRACT
Is the best on the market

I will premise this with acknowledging I have never used the BR10. However I have had the BR4 rangefinder for quit a while. To be honest I find the Revic App easier to use than the Eagle Ballistics App, but once you get used to operating them both are pretty straightforward. More importantly the Eagle Ballistics App generates better shooting solutions, that takes precedence for me.

Comparing device operation, there is no contest. The operation of the Tract Bino's is so much better than the BR4 it's ridiculous. It's intuitive, straightforward, simple and provides way more information if you want it or less if you want that. If the BR10 is similar to the BR4 display and operation that alone would be a non-starter for me.

As for glass it is certainly good enough. I think the glass in my Zeiss SFLs is slightly better, but not enough better that it would be the difference in spotting an animal or not.

I just ordered a pair of these. I've ran the revics, el range ta, and sig 10k gen2s over the last 3 years. I feel like all three of these have left me wanting in one way or another.

I'll be interested to see how these stack up and will give my honest, unbiased opinion when I've had some time to spend with them.
