Hammer exit?

How is the exit wounds with these bullets? I'm assuming its not quite as good as most mushroom types since just the base would exit. Reason would suggest the blood trails would be less. But with bigger internal wound cavity may run less?

Actually the exits are good. Occasionally the petals exit as well. Never been much of a .270 fan, but after my son-in-laws whitetail, I had to change my mind. Didn't go any where, second most blood I've ever seen with a rifle kill. Looked more like an archery kill.
