I am pleased to announce that we are ready to launch our Hunting bullets in packs of 500 count. The following is a list of the bullet, part number and retail price if you buy them directly from Berger. These bullets are either in stock now or will be in the next week or so.

This is a new development prompted entirely by the feedback we received from this thread. We are getting the word out to our resellers but this will take time. I mention this because you will likely find that the price for these bullets is cheaper through one of our authorized resellers than from us directly.

I will also add that the price listed for these bullets will not change in 2012. Since it is so late in the year we applied our 2012 pricing to these bullets so there will be no change in 2012.

Thank you again for all of your feedback. Even though I may not post as much as I'd like to I am still watching these discussions and regard them as important to our ability to understand what the shooters want.

Regards,
Eric

the hundreds are good enough but I would like to see a sampler style pack of varies wts in a single caliber so a guy could work with a few different bullets to get a good idea were he wants to be may be just sell them online for a try see if it is a workable idea

100 for me please!

By time I find optimum seating depth and powder charge and zero and confirm drops/trajectory, I am fully in need of 100 bullets.....if not 200 by time it's all said and done.

I agree whole heartedly! 500 packs would be a nice option too.

Far as components are concerned, I always attempt to buy quantity. Costs less (per unit) to ship and like any hard good, more is usually cheaper (per unit).

Bullets in thousands, brass in thousands and powder in 8 pound kegs... I used to buy powder in 45 pound lots but it's hard to find like that anymore.

Primers are already there.....:)

Eric S,

Good to see! I am one of those buy 100 to try out something new, then if i like it buy 500 or more at a time. Early on in my reloading I used to load up small lots to shoot with, mostly because I loved to reload. These days I find I likee to shoot more than I love to reload, so I load up LARGE lots all at once.

Have a good one,
Gary
