Hello there folks hope all is well. I was looking at two stocks for my remmy 700 la 7mm.
1, was bell and Carson medalist A2 item 2096.
2, is HS Precision ptr035..

Both seem really nice, anybody used these for long range ??

Both are very good stocks.
I have owned a couple of medalists for my long range rigs and they worked out great.
My latest one was built with a savage target action and I didn't bed it or anything.
It shot very well. 1.2" -1.5" groups at 565 yds on many different range sessions.
Also shot a 4 shot 4" group at 1000yds.
Shot an antelope at 750yds as well.

I have one of each, bedded both. The H-S Precision needed some Dremel inletting but both are now rock solid. The Medalist IS the least expensive. Good luck
