For a couple years now I have been buying a few very good hunting rifles, nothing custom, in different calibers, to pick favorites to hunt with. I now have my plan.
Can somebody recommend a fair minder buyer to work with to purchase my 2nd team losers? I might sell 8 near new scoped rifles, all in factory boxes with the corresponding ammo I will not be shooting.
Fair is fair, but I am trying to avoid getting scalped.

What do you have that you are going to part with? I'm not too far from you, might be interested in something.

When I buy collections it's usually to get one, two or a few that I want at a good to great price and then sell the others off. I am not at retail prices on the collection but the person selling gets one transaction and done vs selling off the collection a piece at a time. There is value in that for a lot of people, others need or want top dollar for everything and it makes more sense for them to sell one at a time. So the question from me is do you have the time and energy to sell them one at a time or is there value in selling once and moving on? In my mind this is the critical question you need to answer to yourself when trying to figure out what to price things at.

There's a fellow in norther Texas on 24 hr. Campfire that buys multiples. Can't remember his user name right off hand, but a quick search might work. Folks have posted that they have been pleased with his prices.

A private buyer will put more $ in your pocket. If you just wish to sell a certain inventory.....Deweys Pawn in Greenville SC. Ask for Mr. Kendall. Solid reputation for being well treated and fair minded. Over many years and transactions, myself and others agree on this.

Grice's in Clearfield Pa always treated me well. I do believe that they only deal in person though.
