Flattest Shooting Hunting Bullet 257 Weatherby Vanguard 26" pipe

115 BT at 3500 which is hot only has 1200 ft pounds to 575 yards. At 700 it's a paultry 937 ft pounds. That's if you can reach 3500. None of mine will. I can get 3500 with a 110 in one of mine. I have 3 257bees right now and have had a dozen or so. I just don't consider it a long range cartridge with the 10 twist barrels. Now if you have the Bibbs running 3450 it will have 1200 ft pounds at 685 yds.

I think it would work. But it sure shows high BC helps. Compare your numbers to my #30 post with the 131 BJ. The 131 out of a 25-284 at 3100-3150 FPS has about the same velocity and ft-lbs at 1000 yds as the 110 AB does at 700 yds.
