So I break mine the other day and I only use it to break the neck tension then use collet puller. I was going to order and dropped by my LGS today, he was putting one on shelf! Just got it in today! How does that happen? I usually get had them in stock yesterday!!!šŸ˜‚ Was cheaper than on line plus no shipping!

Got a brand new RCBS Inertia bullet puller and it has a foam insert that stops the bullet tip deforming problem.
I got it last year and just used it this past week, works great.
2 years ago I got the Frankford Arsenal wall mount inertia bullet puller but it makes too much noise here in my basement and scares the wife.
Works like a champ but noisy.
A friend brought 5 boxes of reloaded 30-06.The guy that reloaded them died and no one knows what is in them so I got several boxes of RP brass with a primer.I have a couple of boxes to go before being done.Looks like Winchester powder,748 or maybe 760

I hate them things. I have beaten all the paint off of my bench vice and broken 2 pullers. Sometimes you have to wack'em so hard it deforms the point of your bullet.
I'm a Grip-n-pull guy now. Nothings faster and I haven't ruined one bullet or spilled
Powder yet.
They work ALOT better if you hold something in your free hand like a 16 oz.hammer to hit them on...
Do Not Pound On Workbench/Cement floor.
I,ve used an RCBS for over 25 yrs.pulled alot of bullets.Still works well.As far as bullet deform.... put a couple cotton balls on the bottom...

put a foam earplug in the end of the dang thing if that's happening... I only use mine for pulling cast pills or if I overshot my seating die adj. I've got an rcbs collet for the heavy lifting...

Hitting on a short block of 4x4 post works too.

I've broken 3 of the hammers over the years. To me they're junk and wasted money.

I went with the Hornady puller. After I got use to it, I can pull bullets faster, save the powder and never leave a mark on the bullet.
