Bullet puller

After having a hammer type and a primer ignite when pulling a bullet. I almost left a little Hersey kiss in my britches I switched to a collet puller, I think mine is a Hornady

They all have their purposes. One whack with the inertia hammer and normally the bullet moves enough to be re-seated. I use a collet puller for taking down a large number of loads (rarely, but it happens). Sometimes I bump bullets deeper with the seating die. I'm happy that I have all of them.

If I could only have one I'd go for the inertia hammer for cost and universality, but IMO it's a good thing I can't only have one.

If all i have to pull is a couple, i use the grip and pull, for more rounds i use my forsterr collet die puller. Had it for yrs and it is great. I have both the standard press version and the coax version. Both use the same collets of course
