works great for overnite cleaning. Just put in bore, put patch in end to stop from dripping out and when drain out if any copper in bore will be totally blue.
Needs minimum of about 1 hour to work, lot of guys are using it for final cleaning at home where you can give it time to work. McDonalds soda straw works great on end of nozzle to get it up in the bore.
If I don't clean at the range, I spray Wipeout down the barrel, put a finger cot or balloon over the muzzle, and put it in the gun case. When I get home, a patch removes a bunch of crud. It is an easy way to start the cleaning process while the barrel is still hot.
For powder fouling I don't like it at all. I do like the way it works on copper, however. For powder I use my old standby Shooters Choice and a good bronze brush.
