the WSM and the PRC are both in the 80-83gr capacity range you can even throw the 7RM in there. I don't believe you will see much more than 50-60fps difference between them.
honestly loading technique, barrel quality, type of brass all can show that much difference in the same cartridge. I wouldn't be buying one or the other for speed. now if factory ammo or magazine limitations for reloading are a concern then the PRC will be a better option

Im getting 3100 out of my 7 MEGA with a 195 and 3200+ with a 180 which is in that class and fits in a medium action.
All my 7 saum loads will just about keep up with a PRC. I understand the hype...new....great case design.....but is it that much a difference.... to me no.

In my 25" Bartlein 7WSM I had no problem getting 3,000 fts with a Berger 175 Elite Hunter with IMR7828 - RE26 - Retumbo. I'm not sure how much faster the 7PRC will get in a similar length bbl. I guess we'll all know soon enough.
Factory for sure. 26" saum will push 180's 3,000. 195's at 2,950. Advertised rates. Handloading a little more difficult for sure but not enough to justify the caliber imo. On a LA.....very close.

84 grains with a .334" neck low taper 40 degree Sherman design!
Head stamped brass, dies and reamers in stock
So essentially same case capacity as a 7PRC maybe 1-2gr more. So when the OP asked about the 7PRC it would be easy to say it will run within 25-50fps of the 7 MEGA.
