Larry is the Bezos of the shooting community.
A little off-topic, but since this thread is off-topic, why not?
The WSJ today said Bezo's wealth is now 190 billion.
I think most people here would be thrilled to be making $1/sec, which is $3600/hr. If you worked 24x7, it would take you 11 days, 12 hours, 4 minutes, and 12 seconds to earn $1 million. Not a bad gig.
To accumulate 190 billion dollars at $1/sec ($86,400/day or $31,536,000/year) you would have had to start working when? When Bezos was born? Nope. 4,0004 years before Christ was born, or 1,053 years before the first Egyptian pyramids were built. Disclaimer: I didn't take into account leap years, but you get the point.
Bezos wasn't born rich; he had a great idea and took chances that most never would; nor did he sell years ago when he could have retired wealthy. I don't begrudge him or Larry Potterfield a bit.
Reminds me of what SFC John Fischetti said when I joked that he didn't have any balls. He looked at me and dryly remarked, "'Balls' said the Queen. 'If I had them I'd be king.'"
