Sizing Wax Build Up in Dies

I have been using Imperial sizing wax SPARINGLY but I've been having the wax build up in the die as I am resizing. After 20 cases the cases are getting stuck in the die. Hornady One Shot has it's own faults but I've never had this type of build up.

Anyone have trouble with wax buildup using sizing die wax?

Nope. You're the first! LOL. I clean them every now and again. Like blue moon stuff. Probably decreases my consistency .001-.002 thou. I screw up other things lots more, so I can live with that variance. I have never stuck a case using Hornady One Shot. Love the stuff. Been using it 10yrs now. I do not spray up into the die like they recommend. Too much.

Wow, never ... and have loaded 100s to 1,000+ rounds of 308s for my custom M1 Garand Nat Match! I swab the die every once in a long while, but wow - no idea!

Did you ever clean the die before use? ...1st thing I do! Or, maybe it is the INSIDE of the case neck grabbing on the expander?????

Been using Imperial for years and never had a problem. I sonic clean the die every 1000 rounds just for the hell of it. Redding dies.
