Is the KECA tag a true raffle tag, where everone pays the same price for a "raffle ticket" at a chance for the bull tag?

Or is it an auction tag, where the bull tag goes to the highest bidder?

Just when I thought I was done for awhile the 2nd governors tag was filled this morning. He's definitely a mass-monster and I've seen him alive a couple of weeks ago. This tag is called the KECA raffle tag winner. Don't have many details or photos yet but I will...it's coming and still prancing around..truly an astonishing bull...

YEPPER SKEPPER !! There are two special tags...The ElkCenter KECA raffles one off for $25 a chance and the RMEF has the bid your heart out tag, this year went for $327'000 and last year's a bargin at $275'000...
