Just when I thought I was done for awhile the 2nd governors tag was filled this morning. He's definitely a mass-monster and I've seen him alive a couple of weeks ago. This tag is called the KECA raffle tag winner. Don't have many details or photos yet but I will...it's coming and still prancing around..truly an astonishing bull...

NO, HE lived at the very edge of the range, probably 40 miles from the epi-center...I'm sure they exist but I haven't come across any..certainly someone will post one somewhere..
