Again not all mine but the myriad of photographers are capturing a lot of amazing bulls...I've heard at least a dozen bugles last week, a few rub offs and a little bit of fighting and staring...I'd assume by Sept 1st things will go insane...enjoy and dream on...

If your close enough, it's worth your time and effort to take a ride..I'm sure you won't be disappointed...you just might see a 400+ bull or 2, not many places in the country that's even remotely possible....enjoy the 3 elk cams anyway..

All are great bulls, but that pot bellied pig bull is astounding!
I was wondering if with that many bulls of "big" size do they get broke up real bad? Or are real battles pretty rare? Talking fights that death is a real possibility, not just shoving and making noise. Seems like there is a lot of extra points on many of them that would get shears off pretty easy as well.

There's a video of two big porks fighting near cars in which one was killed...I've talked to a few friends who are gas well attendants who have found a couple of dead bull with no apparent gun shot or arrow wounds, who knows but I'd think it happens..
