I've been thinking about picking up one in 280 AI ? I've read some reviews, but does anyone have personal experience ?

pm jokostel (my brother).... he just picked up a m48 in 280 ai and it is doing wonderfully for him. his m48 in 6.5x284 is a hoot too...

I may have to band-wagon up and get a m48 for myself....

I just ordered a 280AI in a Montana Rifle Company Extreme X2. I don't know if you have seen one of the new X2 rifles, but this rifle has come a LONG LONG way since its earlier models. It is smooth as butter and TO ME, they are the perfect weight for a do it all rifle. Barrel is NOT pencil thin, like a lot of spotter barrels, and is built off of the Winchester style action. I know NOTHING about the Nosler, but just wanted you to know that there are other options in the 280AI besides just the Nosler. Happy hunting!!!
