I came across an older, certainly dated article where in the "performance section" the author goes into great detail on a subject that I frequently comment on. There are no "magic bullets" and in my experience many so called bullet failures are just poor placement not considering impact velocity, they type of bullet being used and selecting the right POI or, which of course never happens, what happens when we miss that intended POI.
