Long Range LIGHTWEIGHT Hunting scope that won't break the bank

That is a really good option. NICE and light, I am actually shopping for scope for two light weight hunting builds, might have to consider that one for my nicer build.
I purchased the Leupy 3-15x44 firedot. Very light and very clear bright scope. I own several Leupolds and this is just another that doesn't disappoint. Under 20oz. Building a lightweight hunting rifle also. Looked like the best option for the money.

What's the reticle like?

What's the reticle like?
It's a basic duplex reticle with the illuminated dot in the reticle. Called the duplex fire dot reticle. Normally I'd get an MOA reticle but wanted an illuminated reticle and because I can dial range, I really won't need an MOA reticle. All my Leupolds are Mark4 models except this one. I think this glass is at least as good but the more I look thru it, the better it seems.
