Hold off on rifle for suppressor?

I was wondering if I can wait until I get my suppressor before I purchase my rifle?
The reason I ask is because I haven't decided on the final details of my long range build yet. I figured I would go through the application process and get the ball rolling while I plan out my rifle.

Yes, unless it is a short barrel.

Set up a trust first and use that to buy the suppressor. If the built will be 30 cal or below buy a titanium magnum tasted suppressor. You will love it. I have the Liberty Victory Magnum.
