Which one do you have or would you suggest?

Thanks guys, I'm new to reloading (have not reloaded a round yet) and am still collecting the correct tools.

I have been using the 3rd one you listed for 9-10 years. I've been pleased with the consistent trim and like the micrometer dial on this unit.

It has a learning curve, in that you must be seating the case in the holder consistently and using the same pressure on the cutter. Be sure the case head is snug against the stop prior to closing the shark fin lever.

For mass trimming I use the Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Case Trimmer and Prep Center but use my handy Forster Original Case Trimmer for shorter cases like the 6mmBR. Both produce consistent trim lengths for me and like dok7mm mentioned above, there is a muscle memory thingy going on.
I started out (think budget) years ago using the Lee Case Length Gauge with the Cutter and Lock Stud. They're great for standard cartridges (.243, .270, .300WM, etc.), and VERY quick, but non existent for some Wildcat rounds. My shooting buddy still uses these in his drill press.
Of the three you presented, if I were just starting out and Wilson products were what I wanted, I'd go with #3. More bells and whistles is always better, right?

Anyone know what the real world difference is between the Wilson Micrometer and the Sinclair Micrometer?

Thanks

I ordered the Sinclair version micrometer (#3).

Thanks everyone!
You will like it. Now you can spend the rest of your life buying case holders. If you have any Wildcats, you can even order some custom made ones.

Bruno's was the same price with shipping for what I got the Sinclair one for with Promo Code. $12 and tons of options won't be an issue.

Thanks
Steve
