338 Edge+P vs 338 Terminator vs 338 Norma+P

As you stated in your opening post "single feed is not an option " so that takes you to the Rum and Norma cases. My experience led me to the Norma case but I had a HUGE amount invested in the project already so I was committed. I hope you will consider this and good luck.
I like the brass options on the Norma case - Lapua and Peterson. I am currently using Lapua brass.

I had unknown build me a 338 edge+p last year. BAT Vesper action, Benckmark 27" barrel, SRS brake, unknown bottom metal and mag, Geissele trigger. I have approx 80 rounds down the barrel using 97 grains of H1000, I'm getting just shy of 2900 fps. I'm guessing the barrel will speed up some, but it's probably going to get sold or traded for something else.

What's the reason for moving it?

My 338 NMI with a 28" Carbon Six 8 twist barrel is running 2730 with 300OTM/H1000 but running 2914 with 300ABLR/N570 and 2944 with 275 CE Lazer/N570.

These are all fireforming loads. I haven't done load dev with formed cases yet.
I just got done testing the CEB today in my 338. 265 Mth max was a no go. Gave me the same results as the Badlands 250 SBD-2's. Start pushing the velocity past 2750 fps and the groups would open dramatically. Shot 150 rounds of the SBD's searching all load and seating combinations. Not doing that with the CEB 265 Mth max
The 275 Mth max on the other hand shows some promise with 89.5 grains of Re26 and 20 off the lands at 2902 fps in Peterson brass and Fed 215GM
Just a little thread derailing sorry!

Cant beat go Intel!
I was looking at some 275 mth for a spin in one of my 338's

I really want another suppressor but worried it wouldn't tame a big 338 without being 15 pounds. If I decide to run a brake I would probably jump up to a 28" tube. What's the weight on your Lapua's?
I'm working on a customer's 24" 338 REAPER now and the plan is to use a thunder beast suppressor on it and 300 gr OTM's.
I'm not into a having a single shot for hunting so the 33XC is out for me.
and a123gr powder burned suppressed in a 10# rifle is not going to be very fun. (And that's saying something because I'm a 338 slammer kind of guy!)
a 26" barreled 338 with a TI pro brake is a ***** cat.

What was your design? Good to know Edge+P can't even reach 3000 with a 30" tube.
My design is 3 cartridges based on the full length 416 Rigby Improved with .010" per inch taper, 300-416 Rigby Improved 40° shoulder with .331" length neck, 338-416 Rigby Improved 45° shoulder with .475" neck and 375-416 Rigby Improved 40° shoulder with .425" neck.
These gave me my minimum parameter with ease, which was a minimum velocity of 3,000fps with most bullets using my 8", 9" & 10" twists, respectively. I never made the reamer or barrel for the 30 cal version, there was just no suitable bullets at the time to match my 2,000 metre criteria. There are many now, but in the early 2000's there wasn't.
The 33XC is now a very close clone of my design, so is the 37XC, both have different shoulder angles, but are close.

Cheers.
