looks like it rained before the paint dried.
I think he's ok with the barrel showing up in the bottom of the field, it's the lice knits on the reticle that is bothering. On a Remington 700 in 30-06 my 4x12 Nikon front bell was so large that the rear fixed sight on the rifle made a distortion similar to what is seen in the OP's photo. Using higher rings fixed the problem.
I agree on the reticle, never saw that in a Leupold. Saw it in an old 6X Weaver.I think he's ok with the barrel showing up in the bottom of the field, it's the lice knits on the reticle that is bothering.
So you think they can just comb those out?
Crosshairs unwinding send it back to leupoldThis is a new one on me. What is the problem with this vx6 hd?
Yeah, looks like maybe it lost the seal and had static on the wire. Is the 6HD etched?I agree on the reticle, never saw that in a Leupold. Saw it in an old 6X Weaver.

another disappointing Leupold scope. Vortex or ARKEN, NF, won't disappointThis is a new one on me. What is the problem with this vx6 hd?
Or the flat spot at the top of the front lens? You must be worried about the bumps on the reticles....be helpful to state that or the blurred object in the bottom of scope....
