Per the maven rep I know, the C series is a “b grade” glass and is made in china. Not to say it’s bad, I’d just stick with Zeiss in this...

If you decide not to go this route, look at the EP Integration annealer. Very reasonably priced and works great.

As for RL 19, a load in the 75-77 grains should break 3,000 fps with a 180. As always, rifles are individual, so work up as needed.
