Lead Poisoning

3. People making logical arguments that copper bullets solve a problem that doesn't exist.

The bias in your statement is evident. Keep believing you are the smartest person, it might be true one day.

Sorry hammer bullets do absolutely nothing better than traditional lead core bullets...well except cost more.

Well, except they don't leave lead fragments in the meat to arrive on my dinner plate.

I don't really care about lead poisoning in animals as a reason for using monos. I don't really care about lead poisoning myself from shooting cup and core either.

I shoot Hammers because they've worked really well for me, in my usage, in my situations. Hornady ELD-X has also. So has Berger. So have Makers.

So I'll keep picking the right tool for my jobs and not justifying my reasoning for what I do 🤣 I've never found a bullet I didn't want to shoot.

OK. If I try some Hammers and they don't work as well as the Hornadys I'm using, who is going to give me my money back. It can't be Hammer Bullets. It has to be someone here. 🤣
Hammer has been guaranteeing its bullets for awhile. Maybe call and ask for specifics regarding how you define "don't work as well".

If nothing else access to owners, service before, during and after sales has been outstanding.

Don't get lost in second rhetoric, go to the source.

Not really. You are comparing game attractiveness to terminal ballistics. I know what DRTs a deer, and what doesn't based upon their behavior after shot.
Thought ya said you went 0 for 6,with the Lehighs on deer but, maybe just read that wrong. Butchering chickens, they still do a bit of kicking when the hatchet hits the stump, even if their head no longer with em. Mortally wounded, Deer and Elk can behave in a similar fashion. It takes the brain a few seconds sometimes to figure out the main pump has failed.

They were dead on the hoof, but walked around like they weren't hit for a bit before succumbing. This is radically different than them DRT no step, to maybe running a short distance and snow plowing into the leaves.

Copper Lehighs did work after all, good to hear.
They didn't work as good as I'm used to seeing when shot with other bullets. Like I said in my pervious comment. The Extreme penetrators and Defense lines that is. That's all I've tried of Lehigh though. I'd like to try their rifle bullets next.

Could be just poor shot placement, who know? Got ur deer, all that counts.
