My next step would be to borrow or rent a scope that is known to be good. If the groups tighten up, it's the NF. If the groups stay large, call the Bergara honcho that was on here.I'm not. I was planning on throwing the night force on an AR tomorrow and shooting some groups. What are your thoughts? I know it won't have anywhere near the recoil but if it was that messed up you'd imagine at least 3 inch groups on that platform right?
ideally I will be able to locate a bolt gun with a rail to try it on eventually.
Yes. It threw a couple errors. Only picked up 2 shots with 48fps difference. Not much to go on and I don't feel like blowing more money on ammunition to figure out the Chrono at this point.Did you shoot your friends gun through it?

Only have an acog and eo tech. Even if it could handle the recoil I wouldn't have the confidence to shoot a comparable group with it.If you can put the 300s scope on the at can't you also put the ar's scope on your 300.

Recommendation on a solid one? I looked through reviews on a ton of them and they all seemed to have pretty terrible reviews Mixed in.Sounds like that chrono is not doing good.

I've got a prochrono and had others as well. All of the optical chronos can be finicky.Recommendation on a solid one? I looked through reviews on a ton of them and they all seemed to have pretty terrible reviews Mixed in.

And they have their quirks they are a little finicky to aim they do eat batteries can't argue that point I want one but I have other things that must get done first as far as the aim and being finicky there's a trigger from another company that works off inertia when the rifle is fired it will help Missed shots quite a bitLabRadar, but not cheap.
