Good choice mate, I reckon once you start reloading for it and work out what it likes, you will be very happy with the results! Most of them can shoot under 1moa or better with some fine tuning and good trigger and breathing control. The triggers on the Howas can be a bit on the heavy side (4lb) so if you want tighter groups adjust it so its lighter, which is an easy thing to do.
The actions are good and just make sure you clean the barrel before you use it for the first time, you should always do that before you use any rifle, I think this can make a difference in accuracy as there are always some fine particles for the machining process.
I can happily recommend the Boyds stocks if you want to upgrade later on, they are well made and beautifully finished for the money, very happy with that decision.
