high powered scope on a muzzloader for 160

I'm looking at a Bushnell dusk till dawn in a 6x24x40 and a konus pro in a 6x24x44. I wanna put this scope on top of my cva accurra v2 long range when I get it. The guns advertised weight is 8 pounds so I think the scope should hold up. Which one would u guys choose. Or would you go with a different brand or lower power. I wanna shoot out to 300 with my muzzloader.
