Hammer bullets/ powder in 7mm mag?

Help me decide what to try here folks! Thinking to try H.H. or absolutes in my 7mm mag. Would like to stay below 143 grains. I'm tired of getting my fillings loosed every time I pull the trigger! It is a 1/ 9.5 twist and loves 160 grain partitions and accubonds! With R25! I've enclosed a list of powders I have on hand

I don't remember off hand can call hammer Bullets for load data for it but was well under 1/2 groups and good speed!!!

R23 might be worth looking at using the 143HH

Yes I hope to be able to use it as I have an estimated 15 pounds !!may be more like 16lbs

Great if I try absolutes I will experiment. I only have a 9.5 twist to work with and a little leery of them as you can't touch lands thanks
