Hey all hope everyone is well. Wondering what the best powder is for 25 06 100 gr TTSX.I realize all guns are different. Just wondering if I am missing anything. Thanks

The H powders are stable and cooler burning, been doing a great job for a long time.
R19 gave me VERY high velocity but isn't stable.
R23 seems to be the best of both, from 100-115 gr bullets in my Imp version.

.257 is so fun
Thanks

Well, going against regular loading for the 25-06, I really like the performance of H1000 and Retumbo for weights 110g and heavier.
Others I have had excellent results with are RE25 and Win 780 Supreme, although this powder is no longer available.

Cheers.

I've used IMR 4350 & 4064 quite a bit, as well as RL19, 4064 gave excellent groups. H4831sc has also been excellent, but using slightly heavier bullets.

My 25-06 seems to favor 120gr bullets , so I've been using slower powders, RL22/23 have been my favorite.

I have not tried them all, but used what I could get, or have on hand when trying a new load.

So I love my barnes . Because they are long for caliber being all copper I have not tried the 120 lead core. Thanks
