7 months ago I ordered my first custom long range rifle from GA Precision. Super excited for load development and getting to the range with this baby. Specs: 6.5 SAUM; 25" Bartlein #3 barrel with 1-8 twist; Templar VII action; Manners EH-1 stock in Scorched Earth camo; Micro Bastard brake from APA; Bushnell XRS II Scope 4.5-30; Badger Ordnance Rings; Trigger Tech trigger; Weight = just shy of 11lbs.

To all those that have helped me on my journey to learn to reload - THANK YOU! I am enjoying every minute.

Sweet looking rifle! I also run a Bushnell XRS on my 6.5 saum. I still use the Hornady brass with the GAP 4S headstamp and have only tossed a handful for loose primers. I have used H1000 and 143 eldx with great results but I found the 147 eldm and RL26 to be just as accurate with more velocity.

Very sweet, the SAUM is awesome. I love mine, both the 7mm and 6.5mm. I'm going to try the 156 bergers soon. It loves the 150 SMK so far. Good luck and enjoy

Love the rifle setup... and great cartridge. Mine loves the 156 bergers over RL26. They are moving 3040 fps.

My barrel is a bartlein as well, Stiller action. Good luck, you'll love it.
