Is that coating equivalent to moly ? Never shot those bullets. Why not just buy Nosler Ballistic tips if there the same bullet minus the coating ?

Winchester has its own name for it, and I don't think it's precisely a moly compound, but if seems to decrease Cu fouling in some barrels I've shot. I don't use them regularly. Be interesting to compare velocities with uncoated BT, all else being equal.....

Well I want to compare them to the Nosler BTs in all aspects. Just hard to find either right now.

I used 700 yards as my limit as at 700 yards a 115 grain Nosler BT is still doing 2077 fps. 1100 pounds of energy. enough for deer.
