Wolf caliber and round?

Well that happened to be my back pack for a rear support and my feisol 3342 tripod for the front. I wanted to be prone but there wasn't a good spot

As always thank you 🤝🍻 I was just wondering about the 135 Atip currently shooting 156 Berger at 2950 best group 9/16" 3 shot at300 yards with 57 grains RL25, wondering how and if a 135 @ 3100 is better..... kinda doubt it?
It depends. I run a 156 at 2915. It's not better and not worse. It fights the wind a littler better and is a little flatter. Less energy
Here are the snaps off my shooter:

Awesome stuff Brent... how does shooter app compare both rounds when they have the same zero sight in points of 250 yds?

...156 Berger at 2950 best group 9/16" 3 shot at300 yards .... that is a Dad Gum Good Group.

that 6.5 PRC with that load is an amazingly accurate gun.......that 156 really pounds the metal plates also..........I am surprised that the 135 A-tip isn't capabl;e of 3200-3300 fps...............mine is in an Browning X-bolt pro 26" barrel.

Brent will clarify when he comes in from killing something...LOL.... but I'm guessing the slower speeds are due to having a shorter barrel? Not sure about the length, but I get the feeling it's a 24".. maybe not... we'll see.
