Here is what's going on in AZ and NM lately with the Mexican grey wolf. They originally put them in the White mountains where there is a good population of elk. They prefer cattle that are slower and much easier to catch. Now they have turned a pair loose in Cochise county. No elk. Not many deer. They have been killing cattle,calves and one colt.
In NM, Catron County they built cages at the bus stops to keep the wolves from eating the kids. There are pics of wolves snarling at the cages.
This all started from the New World Order and morphed into Biden 30x30 plan.
The NGO's are running this plan and using our tax dollars to do it. They want us off all rural land and into cities to open all wildlife corridors. No hunters,ranchers,hikers,cyclist,off-roaders or small towns.
The spotted owl, grizzly bear and all species of wolf and any and all other "endangered species" are just an excuse to get us off the land.

Several posts have vaguely referenced "God's natural order" with surrounding context that implies God's command to Adam does not exsist. Just to clarify for those beholding to the Bible as the sole source of Truth, God commanded Adam to have DOMINION over all creation as well as to utilize and steward everything. This makes sense when you keep humans (the recieviers) as the penicle of Gods creation and dont elevate the gift (nature/creation) over the reciever. Creation was created for humans, the highest/only creation to be created in God's image and have God's breath of eternal life breathed into him.

If you believe the Bible it simply isn't accurate to assign God's will or original intention to have man seperate from nature; quite the contrary. Genesis does not give command to needlessly destroy everything but the exact commands of dominion, stewardship, and intent for utilization are used (Genisis).

All that being said to Biblically justify Man's right and duty to impact God's creation, if we can feed more people with Elk meat in a near wolfless world and generate more funds for conservation in a near wolfless world why not? Given everthing comes with a tradeoff, do you actually believe as many conservation dollars can be generated by significantly declining game populations and their correlating hunters by offering up wolves in their place? The math simply does not support it. Hunters will never support it. Wolves give little to no meat, are exponentially fewer than the game populations they decimate and are exponentially harder to hunt (trapping is the only way to significantly influence their population). Ever consider that an all-knowing God built a resiliant ecosystem with a wolves as a place holder for humans eventual need/desire?

It's a tough situation you have the Majestic Wolf..El Lobo Solo and all that.
But then you have the Rancher with the bank note and Kids that like to eat/stay warm.
Plus the loss of lease money.
The Guide looking for work. All the others that really need the hunting income
from gas stations to restaurants? ....In my world Humans trump Animals!

Wolf biologist consider domestic animals as prey. They also do not care that wolves extend their range by hundreds of miles beyond what is stated. This is intended since they are not stupid and know full well how far wolves range. As game animal populations drop, the "only" recourse is to reduce tags not wolves. Gee that is a shocker now isn't it.

In MN, the wolf has literally ruined deer hunting in a large portion of the State. (The Big Woods area, in the North/NC/and NE parts of the State.)

Yes, and completely eliminated moose hunting for the non-native Americans. No tags available. Which is fine, there are no moose left anyway. One thing I will say about MN wolves, maybe it's the warmer weather? but wolves just can't seem to survive south of Hwy 27 . North of Hwy 27 there are just too many hundreds of connected square miles of impenetrable Loon to manage them without dedicated trapping and probably poisoning. The genie ain't going back in the bottle up there.
