This has been going on the past couple years. As to this point SOCOM has been getting this ammo. I will tell you this, a .300 NM loaded with 215 Bergers is a heck of a step up in performance from our current .300 WinMag with 190 Matchkings. I'm scheduled to receive several dozen MK22s soon, pretty exited about it.

How do the MK22s shoot? How fast are the 215s going?

It's too bad that instead of scaling up their manufacturing Berger has just decided that recreational shooters and their business don't matter. To add insult to injury I'm sure that if we can ever buy a 215 hybrid again there will have been so many cost cutting measures that they probably won't be the projectile we remember.
