if it is after, it Sounds like the head space is set wrong for all brands or the neck or cartridge overall length of the chamber is short. look at a fired case and see if a bullet will go in the fired case neck without any effort (If the neck is short, any case that is as long or longer will exhibit signs of pressure because it will crimp the case mouth).
