The size of the room is less important than the amount of shelf space you have. My room in AZ is off my trophy room; too small - 6x12. Not sure what my room is in CO but it is much bigger. My CO place has a walk in vault that is almost as big as my reloading room and that has a ton of storage space.
The other thing I have learned is that you need a SOLID bench - don't try to get away with a portable table. Needs to be firmly attached to the floor.
I don't have two presses set up in any of my rooms; switching dies is not a big deal. What you do want is enough room to attach case trimmers, priming tools, your AMP, and your A&D scale (along with enough electrical outlets).
