Here is the latest update from cartridge manufacturer:

"Hi Joey,

This lot of match ammo was loaded back in August of 2008. The bullet is a 175 Gr Sierra BTHP with 43.5 grains of 4895, a CCI # 200 primer and a LOA of 2.790". They averaged 2596 FPS from our test gun and averaged .525 MOA at 200 yards.



Certainly, if you have another lot number, let me know what it is and I will look it up for you.

There must be something about that 4895 and the 308... that's the exact same charge I was running behind a 168 SMK... I was using the CCI BR primer though and Hornady brass.

I have 260 rounds of Federal 308 w/ the 168 SMK projectile. The most of all my factory 308 ammo. I have varying amounts of other brands/ projectiles for trying out what my rifles "like", so then I can buy reloading components to get close.
