IF anybody is close to Cody Wy. Rocky Mountain Discount Sports got a lot of Powder in yesterday. Retumbo . H4831 and SC. Varget. H4350. IMR4895. CFE pistol. CFE Black and others I think..
Cody Guns and Ammo at Trout Creek campground has powder and some 8 pounders. Murdoch's in Powell has powder. All have and have been getting primers.
Retumbo H4350 at Trout Creek was $43. At RMS ITS $54. For most Hogdon rifle powders. Others cheaper. Murdoch's had Superformance for $29.95 !
H4350 was $47. Primers cheapest at Murdoch's when get them. They go fast. $6.99. RMS $8.95 TO 10.95 Per 100. Glad I will never need primers !
Below powders are at Rocky Mountain Discount Sports. I used to work part time there. Got 20% off. Bummer. all places have/had IMR8208 also.

I have been in that store a few times before going elk hunting in the Thorofare.

It's a nice place but they are expensive. I've always wanted to hunt the Thorofare like my great great uncle Teddy did. Yes. No bs. My mom's side of family were Roosevelt's. My great grandma was his niece.
I know the Thorofare isn't what it used to be . A lot of grizzlies and now the dam wolves. Not the elk and deer there like there used to be. I hiked up Cabin Creek trailhead last Oct. Deer hunting . There were griz tracks all over. Bighorn tracks. Saw them . When I came back down I saw this sign had been put up. Lol. No wonder the griz poop looked bloody and black.
