M70 build, would this work?

The long neck, better capacity and fact that the least amount of work after the barrel is replaced should push this up higher if a 7 is the caliber. Most are loading this to 3.375 for a 180. The nosler is a longer case with a much shorter neck. Wouldn't be near as flexible to shoot 162-195
No I haven't any experience with the 7lrm just the 7rm.
