This 8 point might go 120 My dogs found it tangled up in a down limb in the creek by my house. I had to use my 4 wheeler to pull him out so it could finish decomp on my neighbors land:D ( I get the rack).
Best part is I saw him during bow in the swamp next to my house dead in the middle of the creek. Had a neighbor call a neighbor see if I could go get it and was told no. But the coyotes said that wasent right and must have brought it over to me. Still dont know what killed it I know all the hunters in the area no one lost a deer maybe car got it.

Remindes me of the time I was bowhunting the bighole. Hit a nice looking creek and I was thirsty, took a good long drink. Cut up the drainage a little, 30 yards or so, and same thing, nice dead deer in the creek, hmmmm:cool:

That's why they say to NEVER drink un-filtered water from a stream, you never know what is just upstream around the next bend!:) I few years back I was up inside the artic circle in Alaska on a sheep hunt. My guide kept making fun of me for filtering my water, telling me we were so far up that the water was clean. Well after a few days he won me over and I quit filtering. A couple days later we stopped at a pretty, very clear flowing stream and I filled my water bottle. Just as I was about to dump my Gatoraide mix in I noticed several little black specks about like pepper flakes floating around in the water. At first I thought it was just a little dirt.......... then I noticed they were "swimming". I did not care how much my guide laughed at me, I went back to filtering my water!:D
