Longer 375R?

Curious if anybody has tried to duplicate the .375 Ruger's shoulder and general dimensions in a full magnum length cartridge. I know there's been some neat wildcatting with it lately

Hrm, actually thinking about this isn't the .375RUM about the same deal?

Yes, looks like it is very close to what you are thinking about. I didn't do a detailed check of the shoulders though to compare.

Of course the 378 Weatherby case is a tad bigger yet.

Dunno what my next caliber is gonna be. Thinking a long mag but I need to buy my Merkel or sauer donor gun first *sigh*
