Leupold vx6 3-18 versus their vx6 3-18 HD

This has probably been discussed before. But I would like to have any new thoughts or information that may be available . Obviously the HD has the internal level but what about the glass quality, f.o.v. , low light performance etc. Is there any discernable difference??? Thank you Tribb

Have both, external finish differences but optically can't tell a difference. HD usually has a zs adjustable windage whereas the vx6 had capped variations. HD also comes with the alumina caps as standard.

I had the HD. The unit I had would not reliably hold zero. After three trips back to leupold I dumped it.
