Zeiss V6 3-18

I recently recived a zeiss v6 demo scope from redhawk and the parallax nob wont move at all. Anyone have this problem?

I have a v4 that failed on the parallax. Getting a new one in return. So, I would make sure it's registered, and send it back.

Wow did you contact Redhawk? That's a bit of an oversight IMO.

Yeah, its stated that they are inspected by zeiss......

They will make it right, but should have never been shipped to you like that.

Get a hold of Jordan at Redhawk he will take care of it I'm sure.
I go in and deal with him and he's great to work with.
