I jumped on the 22 Creedmoor bandwagon

I added another 22 CM to the arsenal this week. Horizon Vandal. I've been dumping some calibers and replacing them with 22CM. I've got 2 boys so I try to buy things in 3's. Been shooting steel with 22CM for about 3 yrs and they are taking the varmint roll this this year. The 22-250's are being phased out. Really a versatile caliber. Keep sending the vids. Good stuff.

I'm a big fan of the 22 Creedmoor. I'm shooting a 75gr Amax 3640fps out of a 26" 1:7tw Benchmark barrel. What it does to a whitetail within 400 yards is impressive. I chambered this barrel with a .060" freebore but my new reamer just showed up with the .097" freebore and that's what I'll be chambering future barrels with.

Was walking in to field after work tonight was scanning an she was about 75 yds I didn't even get tripod legs unfolded. Video was brutal. Only 2nd time I've had gun out since put thermal on so trigger finger was itchy. Tried uploading video says extention not allowed no idea...

That's how most of the foxes I've shot with my 6 CM end up looking like as well. I'm going to be swapping my thermal onto my 22 CM soon. Looking forward to it!
