Hammer bullets, looking for powder recommendations

Rifle: Cooper Jackson Long Range (several hundred rounds through already)
Caliber & Twist: 6.5x284, 1-8
Bullets: Hammer Hunters 124gr

I have found good results with Retumbo and 140 VLD Elite Hunters but my books don't reference Retumbo in the lighter bullets.

I'm after a temp stable powder and really want to be past 3000 fps with these.

Powders I have; Retumbo, H4350, H4831SC, IMR 4831, Varget
Powders I'm considering; RL-19, H1000

Thoughts?

I would try RL23

23 is said to be VERY stable. They were probably thinking RL26

Yes, RL23 is great. RL26 is good...until.you hit 85°. Then pressure spikes from what I have found in a couple different attempts in various cartridges.
