Darn it's been a long time since the days when got a 1/2 gallon of Jim Beam for under $3. I still can smell the jet fuel and see the rockets leaving the carriages of the F4s and Cobras. It's also been a long time since I had a good tumbler of Burbon. Drove by at least a 1/2 dozen Package Stores since my latest operation and trying to buy a vehicle for Jill and paying for one yesterday. Really got taken by the dealer, but you either pay or don't get the vehicle in this market.
Still want a big bottle of Burbon even more now. Don't know how I keep passing by the stores. I guess that I am living vicariously through these posts. I can mentally taste all these good Spirts!

For me tonight it is Old Forster….. I am hanging out in the Delta Sky Club and it is what is available…a couple others are for $$
Just kidding. Might be able to smell the Burbon.
Someday I might break down and get me a good bottle of sipping Burbon!
