Ballistics program

I received a Fire HD8 for fathers day. Does anyone know of a ballistic program I can download on it?. I have been looking at the threads here but they are pretty old.

I am not sure about the ballistic software compatibility with the Fire HD8 but try going to your apps store and try the free apps first, i.e. Strelok. There are quite a few free and some from $5 to $30 that are really good. I am currently using Strelok Pro - others use Shooter, JBM, Applied Ballistics, etc.

If the app store doesn't have ballistic apps then you may be able to install Google Play Store, which does. I read a review on the HD8 and reviewer said it could be done.
I ran the free version of Strelok for a couple of years, moved over to the Pro version ($12) and used that till my phone crapped out. The designer/writer said all I had to do is log back in to the Google account I used to download it originally and I wouldn't have to re-pay for it but that's ain't working.

I’m currently using GeoBallistics BallisticsARC and have had great results with it. I know they have a free version you can try out and the full version is $15. Worth trying out to see which program you prefer.

See if Ballistic AE is available. I've tried them all and keep going back to it.
