A guy is selling a rifle he got in auction but doesn't know anything about it. Pic of barrel shows 375 J & M. Any ideas fellas?

Take it to a gunsmith and have the chamber checked to see if it is a 375 H&H and was just rebarreled by J&M. I doubt its a 375 Win chambered bolt action, but who knows. And there are many other 375s (eg. Ruger, WBY, RUM), so to be sure, have it checked.

I think you're going to have to chamber cast that one. Once you determine the correct chamber dimensions you could probably rechamber to something usable.

Possibly, but it's a wildcat of some version and who knows what brass would be required and I'm sure dies would have to be custom made. Loading data would be a challenge.
That barrel appears to taper very quickly for a heavy magnum.
I couldn't find any internet reference for 375 J&M or 375 L&M.
