RJS action anyone ever heard of one?

I was at a gunshow a couple months ago and saw a 30-378 Weatherby custom rifle on an RJS action the price was decent but was afraid to make an offer on it cause i never heard of RJS. the guy that had it was ****ing on about how accurate it was and when i asked him what MOA it would shoot he was like it shoots 30-378 weatherby i already told you. so this moron has no idea what he has. Anyway if anyone knows anything about RJS pro or con i would appreciate the feedback.
